Two BBFI Church Plants to Launch on Easter Sunday

From the beginning, the BBFI has had a strong focus on church planting. Over the past few years, this focus has been renewed with the birth of APEX Church Planting. This ministry of the BBFI focuses on assessment, training, and coaching for both church planters and church revitalizers. APEX Churches’ vision is for every church within the BBFI to be passionately engaged in planting, funding and serving a new church. There are currently 14 church planters featured on the APEX Churches website. These are all BBFI approved church planters.

Two of the most recently approved church planters are Andrew and Tabitha Daniel and Clint and Heather Highfill. Each of these couples plans to officially launch their new churches this Easter Sunday.

The Daniels are planting Mercy Gate Church in Box Elder, SD. They have been hosting Bible studies in their home for several months. Their sending church is Mercy Gate Church in Rapid City, SD, pastored by Kenneth Brock (another APEX Church planter). You can learn more about Mercy Gate Church by clicking here.

The Highfills are planting Transformation Church in Hagerstown, Maryland. They have started multiple “transformation groups” that will function as the launch team. Their sending church is High Street Baptist Church in Springfield, MO. You can learn more about Transformation Church by clicking here.

Each of these churches are in need of some additional start-up funds to help be completely prepared for their Easter services. If you would like to participate financially, you can do so through the BBFI Mission Office by clicking here. Once you are on the donation page, under the “Missionary Lookup” box, scroll through the “Missionary Name” option until you find “Daniel, Andrew (Church Planter),” or Highfill, Clint (Church Planter).”
