The Iowa Baptist Bible Fellowship gathered for its spring meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at First Baptist Church of Humeston, IA, pastored by Ron Barker. The meeting was a strong day of preaching, prayer, fellowship, and encouragement for those in attendance.
The church welcomed guests early in the day with donuts and coffee, giving pastors, ministry leaders, and friends time to visit and reconnect before the services began.
Guest speakers included Pat Nath, pastor of Westwood Baptist Church, and Mike Salati, pastor of Bethel Baptist Church. Both men preached strong and encouraging messages from God’s Word that were a blessing to everyone present.
Randy Abell shared afterward, “I enjoyed being at First Baptist in Humeston for the Iowa Baptist Bible Fellowship meeting today! Great sermons by Pastor Pat Nath and Pastor Mike Salati!”
In addition to the preaching, the day included times of prayer, ministry updates, sharing, and fellowship among the churches represented. The ladies of First Baptist also prepared a Mexican luncheon that was enjoyed by all.
