The BBFI APEX Church Planter Assessment was held in Granbury, TX at Granbury Baptist Church on Monday, March 1 through Wednesday, March 3, 2021. There were three church planting couples assessed and are awaiting results.
There are several areas evaluated during an assessment such as the call and the character of the couple, their entrepreneurial leadership skills, their relational, emotional, physical and spiritual health, their communication skills, and their ministry and business models.
The BBFI APEX Church Planter Assessment team consists of Terry and Cheryl Kizer, Randy Adams, Lonnie and Heather Lehrman, Lonnie and Disty Short, Dan Greer, Chris Kitts, Bradley Speer, Greg Baxter, Phil Webber, and Randy Harp. Others are included to help evaluate preaching ability and used to form a “Shark Tank” panel.
This assessment team is looking forward to presenting several new church planters to the BBFI in the coming months.
