Fall 2020 BBFI National Fellowship Meeting Cancelled

As a result of recent spikes in Coronavirus cases in the Kansas City metro area, host pastor Bob Baier and the BBFI Executive Committee have decided to cancel the fall national meeting of the BBFI to be held at Antioch Baptist Church. BBFI president, Tim Adrian, states, “This is definitely not an easy decision, but we believe it is the appropriate decision considering all the circumstances.” Bob Baier and Antioch Baptist Church have agreed to host the fall 2021 BBFI National Meeting.

In place of an in-person gathering, the BBFI Executive Committee and the BBFI Communication Office will be hosting the first ever virtual BBFI conference. This will include general session sermons, topic specific breakouts allowing for discussion, and reports from all BBFI entities. Plans are just beginning but speakers will include leaders from all around the world. Please make this meeting a matter of prayer.

Make sure to add to your calendar the first ever BBFI Virtual Fellowship Meeting to be held September 14-16, 2020.

  1. I salute the leadership decision. I also the innovation of a virtual conference will enhance the work and vision of the fellowship. May God bless the planning and product…

  2. Sorry to read this. I was looking forward to the meeting and visiting my home town area to see if there are still any skid marks from my 65 Chevy SS still on the roads? LOL! BE SAFE – BE BLESSED

  3. I recall about 10 years ago several of us were suggesting regional meetings with a virtual component for increased participation. The technology today and the COVID crisis has eased the way to make it happen. Good call, Bob and Tim.
