At this very moment as you read the words from this page an almighty, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent God sits at every corner of an ever expanding universe watching his creation consummate their story for his glory. With every breath that passes through your lungs so too do the opportunities to glorify God in each moment of your life. Daily obstacles will abound, seasonal storms will rage, momentary mountains will arise to steal your focus from your purpose placing it on your problems. But then in a moment where all time, temptation, struggle, and strife stand still God whispers in your ear, “My child this is all part of my sovereign plan for your story to bring me glory.”

Different seasons will bring different scenery, but your focus on God should never change. May we all heed the wisdom of an old hymn by Helen H. Lemmel that hearkens us to, “Turn our eyes upon Jesus, look full in His wonderful face, and the things of earth will grow strangely dim, in the light of His glory and grace.” There has never been anyone like you nor will there ever be again. Your DNA, fingerprints, talents and spiritual gifts make you one of a kind. Your focus and faith combined with God’s favor will pen your chapter in God’s story. Claim the salvation freely given to you, embrace the spiritual gifts awaiting you and make your story for His glory worth reading.

God cares deeply for you and desires to bring greater purpose to your life. When God saves you, he doesn’t just save you from something. He saves you for something and endows you with spiritual gifts to face anything.
