Pastors and ministry leaders from across Missouri gathered on Monday, October 13, for the Missouri BBF meeting hosted by Grace River Church in Saint Peters. The event brought together pastors from the MO BBF as well as friends from Converge MSC.
Grace River Church, led by Pastor Chris Highfill, welcomed the fellowship to a full afternoon of encouragement, leadership development, and practical training led by Dale Peterson of Eagle Brook Church, who spoke on the theme “Creating Healthy Church Culture.”
Highfill said the topic was particularly meaningful for their host church. “We were honored to have Dale Peterson with us,” he shared. “The Eagle Brook team has been incredibly helpful to us at Grace River as we continue to clarify our mission and strengthen our culture. Dale’s teaching provided super helpful content on building healthy church culture, and I believe it added real value to every leader in the room.”
In addition to Peterson’s sessions, the meetiong offered pastors a chance to connect, share updates, and strengthen relationships. Lunch was provided by SugarFire BBQ, adding a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the afternoon.
The Missouri BBF continues to prioritize gatherings that encourage pastors, strengthen churches, and unite leaders around shared mission and fellowship. Grace River Church’s hospitality and leadership provided a strong example of a church committed to health, clarity, and collaboration.
